- Independently managing international service customers—from needs assessment through quotation to closing the deal
- Processing and coordinating inquiries regarding replacement parts, repairs, and maintenance
- Preparing, calculating, and tracking service and spare parts quotes
- Planning and monitoring repair orders and service appointments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Expanding the international service and spare parts business
- Providing advice on modernizations, upgrades, maintenance contracts, and after-sales solutions
- Identifying and capitalizing on cross-selling and upselling opportunities throughout the machine’s lifecycle
- Occasional international customer visits, as well as support at trade shows and sales events

Your profile
- Technical training, e.g., as an electronics technician, mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, or process mechanic; ideally, further training as a technician/master craftsman or a technical degree
- Professional experience in technical service, machine and plant engineering, the spare parts business, after-sales, or technical inside sales
- Technical understanding of mechanical, electrical, and automated systems; knowledge of extrusion systems is a plus
- Strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and a knack for sales, as well as very good English skills; additional languages, particularly French or Spanish, are a plus
