- You will be responsible for the commissioning, maintenance and repair of our systems, as well as delivering training to our customers in Europe and worldwide.
- In doing so, you will analyse and resolve faults independently – primarily on-site at the customer’s premises and, where necessary, via remote access.
- You will parameterise and configure our image processing software precisely in line with our customers’ individual requirements, thereby ensuring the systems are used to their full potential.
- In addition, you will carefully document your service visits and maintain the technical documentation to ensure a high level of transparency and traceability for all measures taken.
- You will work closely with your colleagues – either at our Würselen site or remotely, as required – and actively contribute your experience to the continuous development of our service processes.

Your profile
- You completed a qualification in electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable field and ideally have professional experience in a technical field service role or in the maintenance of industrial systems.
- You have a sound knowledge of PC hardware, Windows operating systems and networking technology and feel confident working with IT systems.
- You are willing and keen to familiarise yourself thoroughly with our complex image processing software and, ideally, have experience working with .ini files, batch scripts and XML, as well as a basic understanding of software architecture.
- You enjoy direct contact with customers; you stand out thanks to your strong service orientation, communication skills and an independent, solution-oriented approach to your work.
- A high level of willingness to travel worldwide (usually Monday to Friday, occasionally beyond) is a given for you.
- Communicating in English is no obstacle for you – you are confident in both spoken and written English.
