Your mission

As a trainer for industrial electronics technicians (m/f/d), you will support our apprentices (approx. 6 people) throughout their entire training period and act as their main point of contact.
You will plan and coordinate the training in accordance with the training framework and draw up schedules for the apprentices’ deployment across the various production areas, in line with the training regulations and operational requirements.
Together with our training officers, you will teach the training content in a practical manner and support the apprentices in technical projects, e.g. in the assembly and installation of electrical systems.
You will support the apprentices in their professional and personal development, regularly assess their learning progress and prepare them specifically for their final examinations.
You will continuously develop our training content and concepts and contribute new ideas for modern and practical training.
In addition, you will help us recruit new apprentices, for example at training fairs or school events.

Our training programme is practical and takes place within the day-to-day operations of the business. From the very start, our apprentices are involved in day-to-day operations and learn directly on the production floor. As a trainer (m/f/d), you will therefore be actively involved in the technical processes as well and, together with the team, will support tasks such as the manufacture of electrical and mechanical components and the parameterisation and functional testing of operating and application software.

Your profile

You have successfully completed an apprenticeship in electronics or mechatronics, or hold equivalent qualifications.
You enjoy supporting apprentices on their career paths and are keen to share your knowledge.
Ideally, you have already passed the trainer qualification exam (AdA certificate). Alternatively, you are interested in undertaking the relevant further training.
You have experience in planning and delivering training content and actively contribute to the further development of our training programme.
You possess technical skills in control cabinet construction and in electrical and mechanical manufacturing, and ideally have software knowledge of MS Windows and Linux.
